This usually means the app is running in a simulator, or the App Store products have not yet been approved. Please try on a real device with an active internet connection.
Use a Sandbox Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → App Store → Sandbox Account and sign in with your sandbox test account.
Apple Translation requires iOS 17.4 or later and a downloaded language pack. Go to Settings → Translation → Downloaded Languages to install the required language.
Open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → TransSight → Cancel Subscription. You can also visit: apple.com/account/subscriptions
