TransSight ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use TransSight.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

TransSight does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
• We do not record, upload, or retain your voice recordings or transcripts.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All recordings, transcripts, and session history are stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it yourself.

3. Microphone Access

TransSight requires microphone access solely to perform real-time speech recognition. Audio is processed locally on your device or sent directly to the ASR service you have configured (e.g., Apple on-device, Alibaba DashScope, Azure, Google). We do not intercept or store this audio.

4. Third-Party ASR and AI Services

TransSight may send data to third-party services depending on features you enable:

• AI Meeting Summary (Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Alibaba Qwen): If you enable this feature, your meeting transcript text is sent to the AI service you selected using your own API key.

Data sent: Transcript text (AI Summary)
Recipients: Only the specific service provider you choose
User consent: The app requests your explicit consent before enabling AI Summary.

TransSight does not intercept, store, or retain this data. Each provider's own privacy policy applies.

5. Subscription and Payments

All subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Children's Privacy

TransSight is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
